Somehow I have no WIPs to share this week. I’ve finished everything I picked up this week, so either there is no progress at all or the project is complete and waiting for me to take pix and write a blog post for it. Nevertheless, I want to keep up the habit of this weekly update so here’s a quick look at the past week in my fiber crafting life.

WIP Wednesday: May 21, 2014

In last week’s post, I told you I wasn’t sure what to bring with me as travel knitting while attending my sister’s graduation in Baltimore.  I broke my general rules of travel knitting, and brought 6 skeins of yarn for 3 different projects.  It’s a good thing, as I ended up having a lot more time to craft than I expected.  I used part or all of 5 of the skeins, and worked on all 3 projects!

WIP Wednesday: May 14, 2014

It’s WIP Wednesday.  I finished the Palindrome Scarf this week and already blogged about that.  The Quinn Bag and Granny Square blanket that I posted about in last week’s WIP Wednesday are still in progress, and I’ve started two new projects.  SPOILER ALERT:  If you, dear reader, happen to be a woman on my Christmas gift giving list, you might want to avoid this post, as one of the new projects is a Christmas gift!

WIP Wednesday

Work in Progress (WIP) Wednesday will be a regular feature of my blog, sharing the progress I’ve made on my active projects.  I’m not going to list every unfinished project I have laying around the house.  I think I have maybe 6 unfinished, hibernating projects, which is not bad, but there is no point updating you when nothing is happening with them!  For this first WIP Wednesday post, I have 3 projects to share.
